Your baggage is delayed or was damaged during the flight?

We will take all necessary measures to recover your baggage as quickly as possible or to compensate you for the damage caused. On the following page you can find out how to report the delay or damage.

Rebooking a flight

You may rebook your flight if the fare conditions of your ticket permit this. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact your travel agent or the Discover Airlines Service Center to find out whether your ticket can be rebooked and whether a fee applies. Alternatively, you can rebook your flight in the My Bookings section of lufthansa.com.
Depending on the alternative flight selected, surcharges to a higher fare may apply. The amount of the surcharge depends on the availability of the selected booking class and will be communicated to you during the rebooking process.
