Check-in at the airport
Discover Airlines has its own check-in counters at Frankfurt airport located in Terminal 1 in Hall C:
- 12:00 a.m.-04:59 p.m.: counters 704-716
- 05:00 p.m.-11:59 p.m.: counters 704-713
The counters open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Our service counter is located at counter 725.
Late-night check-in
Check-in the day before is possible a maximum of 23 hours before departure and the counters are open from 05:00 p.m. to 08:00 p.m. At Frankfurt, these are counters 712-713 in Terminal 1, Hall C.
Priority check-in
The priority check-in counters are identified by relevant signage and separated from the Economy Class check-in area. Priority check-in counters can be used by the following passengers:
- Business Class passengers
- Premium Economy passengers
- Miles & More Senators (SEN)
- Miles & More HON Circle members (HON)
- United Mileage Plus members (analogous to STAR Gold)
- Air Canada Aeroplan members (analogous to STAR Gold)
