Of course – we welcome applications from around the world! However, you must have permission to reside and work in Germany.

Please refer to each particular job advertisement for specific requirements. Since our company language is German, you should feel comfortable in the language – especially when communicating internally. Don’t worry: we’re here to help you get there.

Absolutely! Our application process is flexible and digital. If you like, we’d love to invite you to visit our office so that you can get a feel for our team and our work environment first-hand. However, you are required to be resident in Germany when you start at Discover Airlines. Please note that any travel costs incurred in order to visit us cannot be reimbursed.

We will usually provide you with initial feedback within 2-3 weeks. If your application is successful, we will invite you to an initial meeting with the specialist team – in person or virtually. After a second round of selection, there will be a final Cultural Fit Interview with our People (HR) team, giving you an additional insight into our work culture and way of working.

Whether it’s a mandatory internship, a voluntary internship, a gap year, or a factory student job, you can gain valuable practical experience and get first-hand insight into the airline world! All currently-available vacancies can be found on our career site. Important: As an intern and as a working student, you must be enrolled at all times. Gap year internships are possible if you are between Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.
